Meet Karol Symanowicz

Karol Symanowicz grew up in Bernville, Berks County. He served three years in the U.S. Army, which took him to Oklahoma and Colorado and then Vietnam as a combat artilleryman with the 4th infantry Division.

Karol has an MBA from Auburn University and a BS in accounting from Shippensburg University. He worked as an accountant and plant controller in Montgomery, Alabama, before moving to Lancaster County in 1984. He has two grown daughters, Valerie and Sarah, and 2 grandchildren.

Tired and bored of the corporate world, Karol ventured onward to start his Full-time real estate business in 1987. Focusing on the residential real estate in Lancaster County, he loves helping people. He particularly enjoy helping fellow veterans, so a portion of all of his closings goes to various Veterans' causes.

The most rewarding part of his job is helping people achieve their goals, whether buying or selling. "I have made many friends in my career, and i get a real sense of accomplishment by helping them. You can have what you want in life if you help other people get what they want."

Karol is also grateful for his partner, Sheila, who double checks his work and make sure nothing slips through the cracks. His goal is "NO SURPRISES!".
